  • Our Everest Marathon, listed as an international high altitude adventure sports event held on May 29 every year from Mt. Everest Base Camp crisscrossing the high Sherpa trails of Khumbu valley. The 2023 edition is the 19th edition of the Everest Marathon. To celebrate the 70th anniversary of the successful ascent of Mount Everest by Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay Sherpa, we have extended the 60km ultra marathon to 70km, making it more challenging, adventurous and momentous. Runners from everywhere can take part in their desired categories 70 km Extreme Ultra, 42 km Full Marathon, and 21 Km Half Marathon. From highly professionals to new runners, everyone is welcome in Everest Marathon  (truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience), especially this year to celebrate the 70th anniversary of  the historical successful ascent of Mt. Everest by Late Tenzing Norgay Sherpa and Sir Edmund Hillary on 29th May 1953.

Adding glory to this event, we will be planting Rhododendron Barbatum tree Saplings in Everest Highland like previous year, to protect the Habitat of the endangered Musk Deer in their Highland Habitat.
