    Introduction:

     

    Everest luxury panorama trek, as its name suggests is our flexible tour package that facilitates hassle free trek to Everest region. The whole experience is enhanced by the comfort and hospitality provided by Hotel Everest View in Syangboche. Everest View Hotel has established its landmark as having served the client with great hospitality despite operating at the higher elevation 3,880m / 12, 729 feet. It is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records (2004). 

     

    A scenic trip to Lukla, a well-liked destination, marks the start of the adventure. As the flight approaches our destination, the high mountain-scapes gives an interesting contrast. With our flexible schedule, one can take their time and stroll while admiring the beautiful surroundings and its inhabitants. This fantastic journey begins and concludes in Lukla, with a stop at the Syangboche hilltop for breathtaking views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Lhotse Shar, as well as Kantega, Tharmasarku, Kwangde, and the revered Khumbi-La peak.

     

    The journey after that is thrilling and takes you to Namche Bazaar, the capital of the Khumbu Sherpa’s, where you will have time to acclimatize before climbing to a greater altitude. Once we've had a great time here, we continue on the peaceful trail to the top of Syangboche high ridge. Enjoy the spectacular view of Mt. Kantega, Tharmasarku, and the Nuptse-Lhotse Wall with Mt. Everest looming above. 

     

    As soon as we arrive at the highland resort above Syangboche at Everest View Hotel, we have plenty of time to go on a local hike through the historic Sherpa villages of Khumjung and Khunde and visit the only monastery that treasures a scalp of a Yeti. 


    Enjoy the spectacular views of Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam (6,812 meters) and other fantastic snow-capped mountains. Magnificently seen from Everest View Hotel, where one can rent a pony for the trip around cultural villages.

Itinerary

  • DAY 1
    Welcome to Kathmandu (1, 300 m) and transfer to hotel

    On arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our staff will receive and transfer you to respective hotel. After checking into your nice rooms, getting refreshed from jet-lag, join other fellow trekkers for briefing about the upcoming trip with dos and don'ts during your stay in Nepal and regarding the trek. Overnight in hotel.

    In the evening participate in a group welcome dinner in an authentic Nepalese restaurant with an interesting folk program.


  • DAY 2
    Kathmandu city tour, Trek preparation

    Explore UNESCO heritage sites: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Bouddhanath, and Pashupatinath after breakfast. Experience the grandeur of palaces and temples built during the Malla era. After lunch, visit Bouddhanath and Pashupatinath. Both reflect two contrasting religions of Buddhism and Hinduism respectively. Prepare for your next day's trek after your visit to these powerful spiritual sites.


  • DAY 3
    Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla. (2, 850 m / 9,350ft) - 35 minutes flight

    After breakfast in the early morning, you will be driven for around 30 minutes from the hotel to the domestic airport. Complete the required security procedures (keep your pen, knife, lighter, matches, and other sharp-cutting objects such as scissors and other knives in the bigger baggage rather than in handbags).

    Board a smaller Twin Otter or comparable type of aircraft for the breathtaking flight to Lukla. Our guides will meet you there. You will have some free time in Lukla to roam the small, bustling city or take a quick walk through one of its neighborhoods.


  • DAY 4
    Trek to Monjo (2,835m/ 9301ft) via Phakding - 5 hrs

    The journey begins at Lukla, which is generally steady and devoid of numerous peaks and valleys. A breathtaking view of Kusum-Kanguru can be enjoyed while walking. You'll arrive in Ghat village after ascending a short hill and crossing a suspension bridge. An hour of gentle walk brings you to Phakding village where you can stop for lunch close to the soothing Dudh Koshi River’s bank. 

     

    From here the journey continues to Monjo village. You may see a fascinating water mill grinding roasted corn and barley for Tsampa, one of the staple cuisines of the Sherpas, Tibetans, and other mountain people. Monjo is located near the entrance of Sagarmatha and beneath the majestic peak of Tharmasarku.


  • DAY 5
    Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m/11285ft) - 04 hrs

    From Monjo take a short walk to the entrance of Sagarmatha National Park. From here, it's only a brief drop to Jorsalle village, where there are lots of hotels and bakeries.

     

    Following the bridge over the gurgling Imja Khola, an incline leads to Namche Bazaar. The breathtaking view of Kwangde peak and its other sister peaks in the East is abundant during the challenging ascent.

     

    Once you reach Thop Danda the view opens up to Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, and Tawache. The walk continues further up for another few hours. Then you’ll finally reach the overnight stop at Namche Bazaar in one of its lovely lodge or resorts. 


  • DAY 6
    Rest Day at Namche Bazaar

    Today, you don't need to rush through your tour and explore Namche Bazaar.
    This location is a hub for purchasing gear, indulging in delicacies, and visiting renowned sites, as implied by the name itself.

     

    There is a fascinating museum at the Sagarmatha National Park headquarters. It is a magnificent location perched on top of Namche Bazaar with breathtaking views of the surrounding snow-capped giants and the valleys below.

     

    The museum contains information on the history of the Himalayas, as well as geographic, cultural, mountaineering, and current knowledge of the flora and fauna of this region.


  • DAY 7
    Trek to Everest View Hotel, above Syangboche (3,880m/ 12, 729 feet)

    Following a fantastic time at Namche Bazaar, our path continues for two hours uphill with magnificent views of Mt. Tharmasarku, and Mt. Kwangde, leaving Namche behind. The ascent ultimately comes to a stop at the Syangboche. From here, a pleasant walk leads to the Everest View Hotel, the highest point of the trek, which is perched on a ridge with spectacular views of Mt. Everest.


  • DAY 8
    Exploration day in the Khumbu region

    Have a hearty breakfast viewing Mt. Everest and a variety of other lofty mountains. Today you can hike to Khunde Village or the neighboring Khumjung village.
    Both houses and ancient monasteries here hold great religious significance. Khumjung monastery is famous for treasuring a Yeti Scalp. The Nepalese national bird, Danphe (Impeyan Pheasant), is commonly seen in this region, along with the elusive musk deer and occasionally a herd of Himalayan Thar.


  • DAY 9
    Trek to Phakding (2650m/8526ft) - 5 hrs

    Return back to Phakding via Monjo and Namche Bazaar. Head downhill to Dudh Koshi River and past Sagarmatha National Park. Then take a pleasant walk to Phakding for overnight halt in one of its best lodges.


  • DAY 10
    Trek back to Lukla- 4 hrs

    The final day of this fantastic hike will be one of the best walk to Lukla, where you can stroll gently and enjoy the verdant surroundings at your own pace. The only significant ascent, other from a few brief ones, will be shortly before Lukla and will take 45 minutes from either the ancient, large oak tree or from a site called Choplung.

     

    On reaching Lukla, get ready for the final day's celebration with the other Sherpa crew members, porters, and trekkers by preparing a delicious supper.


  • DAY 11
    Fly back to Kathmandu

    The flight from Lukla to Kathmandu takes around 35 minutes, during which a panoramic view of the snow-capped peaks can be viewed. The flight is usually scheduled for the morning, although occasionally the time may be changed owing to inclement weather or other factors. When you arrive at the domestic terminal in Kathmandu, a member of our HimEX team will meet you and drive you back to the hotel.


  • DAY 12
    Leisure day at Kathmandu

    A free day for autonomous use; if you want to go on a tour or take a picturesque mountain flight, please inform our staff as well for exciting sightseeing tour. Rest of the day for individual activities and shopping spree around the streets of busy and interesting Thamel.


  • DAY 13
    Final Departure

    After the last breakfast in Kathmandu, you’ll be transferred to the airport for final departure. Depending upon your time schedule for international flight to respective countries, after an amazing scenic and cultural moment on Everest Luxury Panorama Trekking.
