Day 01: Arrive Cochin. Afternoon sightseeing tour.
Day 02: Drive Cochin – Thekkady
Day 03: Drive Thekkady -Kumarakom
Day 04: Drive Kumarakom – Kovallam
Day 05: At Kovalam
Day 06: Drive to Trivandrum (10 kms) & Depart
Day 01:

Arrive Cochin. Afternoon sightseeing tour.

  Transfer to airport for the flight to Cochin. Upon arrival transfer to Hotel. After refreshment, start sightseeing tour visiting Fort Cochin, Santa Cruz Basilica, Dutch Palace at Mattancherry, St. Francis Church and Chinese fishing nets. Return to hotel for overnight.
   
Day 02:

Drive Cochin – Thekkady

  Morning check out from hotel and continue drive to Thekkady. You may opt for a pleasant boat ride along the Periyar Lake in the evening. Enjoy watching varied birds and animals like tigers, elephants, wild boar, deer, etc at the Periyar/Thekkady National Park. You can also visit a few tribal villages around Periyar and witness fascinating activities of tribal collecting honey from dangerous hill bees. Return to hotel for night stay.
   
Day 03:

Drive Thekkady -Kumarakom

  After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Kumarakom (05 Hrs Drive). Check in to hotel. Afternoon proceed for local sightseeing in and around Kumarakom - a tiny backwater hamlet perched on the western banks of the Vembanadu Lake. The stretch of backwater is spread over 900 sq. km. Choose a canoe, motor boat or a houseboat and devour the beauty of this backwater paradise at its best. Overnight hotel.
   
Day 04:

Drive Kumarakom – Kovallam

  After breakfast, drive to Kovalam / Trivandrum (04 Hrs Drive), Kovalam is one of the prime beach destinations in India. Enjoy the evening watching a spectacular sunset or swimming at the picturesque Kovalam Beach. Overnight hotel.
   
Day 05:

At Kovalam

  Full day at Kovalam Beach for swimming and enjoying with nature. An Ayurvedic massage can also be availed (optional). Return to hotel.
   
Day 06:

Drive to Trivandrum (10 kms) & Depart

  Leave for Trivandrum after breakfast and proceed to the airport to board scheduled flight back home or onward destination.

According to extra time you have, you can choose a visit to National Parks for jungle safari viewing rare animals, migrant birds and exotic reptiles or enjoy the whitewater rafting or take a cultural tour of Kathmandu, Pokhara, Nagarkot or even make a quick visit to neighboring countries of Tibet – Roof of the world, India – The country of wonders, Bhutan – The Dragon Kingdom. We can add these extensions before or after your holiday according to the flights that you have booked / can book. Beside these, if you even want just stay in Kathmandu for relax or any independent activities, we can book extra nights at the Hotel. You can book these extensions together with your main trip booking.
